Hi, I'm Faraaz Syed

About me

I'm an undergraduate at The Ohio State University studying Computer Science and Engineering with a minor in History. I expect to graduate in December 2027.

Throughout college, I've had the opportunity to gain experience across the financial, automotive, insurance, and technology industries. Each has introduced me to different challenges, people, and ways of thinking. I enjoy stepping into unfamiliar situations, learning how things work, and collaborating with others to develop thoughtful solutions. Wherever I go, I strive to make a meaningful contribution while learning from the people around me.

Beyond my studies and professional experiences, I'm deeply committed to serving my community and leading student organizations. Whether I'm organizing an event or volunteering with a community initiative, I look for ways to bring people together, stay involved, and help others.

In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. You'll often find me hiking, backpacking, or playing sports (especially soccer). And if the Buckeyes are playing, you can be sure I'm watching.
